Schedule, Day One at MTV (Planning and Organizing)

1:13 - Get the train from Bishops Stortford to London Liverpool Street

1:53 - Get onto the Circle line to the way of Moorgate

1:56 - Get onto the Northern line to the way of Camden Town

2:03 - Walk to MTV studios from the station

2:06 - Arrive at MTV and sign in

2:07 - Receive a tour of the studio/performance area, the vision mixer and discuss any enquirers we have such as moving objects or how to work the cameras etc

2:45 - Band will arrive and start unloading their equipment including drums, amps, guitars etc

3:20 - Start laying out our preferred setup as planned for example the drum kit being center backed, microphone stand being on right at the front etc

4.00 - Discuss any last minute queries with the band involving the set up and actions they have to make perhaps for example.

4:30 - Leave
